However, in the case of defective products (books, DVDs, CDs and other tangible merchandise), we will gladly exchange the defective item for a new one, if the customer notifies us within ten (10) days of receipt. Although we will always strive for customer satisfaction, in the case the item has been discontinued, we will either issue a refund or exchange for a similar item, at our discretion.
